| The trick is Not to heel-toe at all!!! Our cars are pretty difficult to attempt this ( I was unfortunately born with a dissability to rotate my ankle in such a manner anyways) What most people do (as do I) is rest the left side of your foot on the right side of the brake pedal while applying break pressure.......then tilt your foot towards your small toe side and tap the gas. I have been practicing it for a few months now and I will say its getting easier and easier to accomplish
